Overlooking the Dijver, one of the most beautiful spots in the heart of Bruges, Mémoire is a privileged witness to the arrival and passing of the seasons, day in, day out. Although the restaurant is part of Hotel De Tuilerieën, non-hotel guests are also more than welcome. You can enjoy contemporary cuisine, in which classic flavours compete with modern touches. Though it always maintains its global outlook, Mémoire works with local and seasonal ingredients as much as possible. In the kitchen, nothing goes to waste either and they use everything nature gives us.
