Shopping in Bruges

Bruges is offering 19 shopping days during the festive season. Thanks to the festively decorated streets and squares, shopping in the historic city centre is now even more unique. You will be amazed by the winter atmosphere and discover numerous creative makers, inspiring concept stores and charming little boutiques.

FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT

On shopping days, you can travel for free on De Lijn buses. This applies on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 November, Saturday 29 November and Sunday 30 November, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December, Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 December, Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 December, from Thursday 25 December to Thursday 1 January at 7 a.m., and on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 January 2026. In the city centre, the city centre shuttle is available free of charge between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
