Anyone visiting the Old Fish Auction site in Zeebrugge can park free of charge all year round on any day of the week on the Graaf Jansdijk. You also don't need to display a blue parking disc behind your window. 

This car park is located alongside the Naval Base, from where the Cruise Terminal Zeebrugge, the Fishermen's Cross and the marina are within walking distance.
